It's that time of year when we go all out to on a shopping list of things we hope people would like or event want. For otaku, that's not that big of a problem. We know what they want, it's in their hobby name: otaku stuff. Many items in that niche area are widely, if not universally, loved by the fans. Even things that were made years ago and that are hardly known about today are really good and any fan would be happy to receive. However, if you still want some sort of guide or idea list, Doujins has you covered. Below is that very list, some things any otaku or anime and manga fan, or gamer, would love to see for the holidays. With one week left before Christmas, there's no time to waste!

1. 'The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess' Manga Series

Really, any manga box set would be fine. Get an idea for their taste in anime, and try to find one they don't already have. Akira is linked here, but that's just as an example of a widely beloved series. Be sure it isn't porn, some box art can be misleading.

The Legend of Zelda is a timeless classic series with a large worldwide fanbase, and the Twilight Princess series of Zelda is noted to be especially popular due to its darker tone.

2. 'Your Name' Anime DVD

As above, most any series would do, just made sure it's a genre they would like. And again, make sure it isn't porn.

Your Name is an incredibly popular anime movie that has generated quite a bit of revenue in the US and Japan.

3. Overwatch Poster

This can be substituted with normal posters. Any decoration item would be fine, really.

The Overwatch poster seen here is a great idea. The game has a strong following with passionate players around the world.

4. Dragon Ball DB Gals Chi-ChiChina Dress Version PVC Figure

Depending on their tastes, you might need a more action-type figure. Most otaku would be fine with Chi Chi though. Dragon Ball is a very popular franchise beloved around the world, and Chi Chi seen in her younger  days as a teenager is really popular.

5. 'Mario Kart 8 Deluxe' Video Game

Whether they're old or new, video games are a great gift idea. If they're not out yet, and the person you're buying for has expressed interest in it, you could pre-order it and give them a receipt or something to prove it. Just have it shipped to their house so they get it right away when it comes out.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a great game that the whole family can enjoy. Mario Kart is an especially popular video game series from Nintendo that dates back to the earlier consoles and continues to this day.

6. $20 PlayStation Store Gift Card

Some games are digital only, and few systems have Steam's ability to gift games or cash from one account to another, so it would be best to gift them a cash code for their chosen system so they can buy the game(s) themselves.

7. Console and Controller Vinyl Skin Set - Anime Nami Rei Nerv for Playstation 4

Some gamers like to mod their systems with covers and skins. Having said skins inspired by their favorite series would be a bonus.

8. Magical Mirai 2017 Official Album Limited

Otaku love music too, especially if it's from a favorite series and/or sung by their favorite singers/voice actors.

9. Naruto - Shippuden Itachi Clouds Adult T-Shirt

As long as the clothing in question has some relation to a favorite series, either anime, manga, or gaming, they'll love it. Socks? No thanks. Socks with King Kai's symbol on them? I'll take ten!

The Naruto series is popular around the world, and Itachi ranked well as one of the most popular characters of the series. A t-shirt based on his clothing design is sure to please any fan.

10. 'No Game No Life' Cosplay Messenger Bag

Bags or other gear printed with images of their favorite series can win over any otaku. We need to carry stuff easily and comfortably too.

11. 'Kingdom Hearts II' Crown Logo Pendant

Jewelry such as necklaces or rings based on their series are also enjoyed by the otaku community.

12. 'Zelda Twilight Princess' Replica Sword Standard Metal

As long as it's dull, or made of safe material, it's completely fine to give us swords or other weapons.

13. Gift Cards

When it doubt, just get them a gift card with a set amount of money charged on to the card and let them go get what they want.
