Everything doesn’t have to be about race nowadays, but it seemingly always comes back to that. Marvel Rivals again releasing some of the hottest, and sexist skins you’ll find in recent hero shooters. But, always with the double edge sword of a group of people complaining. And this time, the people complaining are…Romanian people? 

People are calling this skin racist, and too sexy. Now it being too sexy is a stupid complaint. It’s Marvel Rivals, what else did you expect? But, the concept that the skin is racist, never crossed my mind. I only saw a cool looking skin, that I would love to have if I was a Wanda player. But, other people are seeing a racist aspect to this costume.

Maybe it’s because I’m ignorant, or because the complaints are stupid to begin with, but I’m failing to see the issue with the skin overall. I don’t think they created this skin with disrespect at all. Wanda looks amazing in the skin, and it seems like most can agree on that. Maybe it does hit a sensitive spot with some, but sometimes it’s just overreacting. Maybe this time it is someone honestly pointing out something wrong with the costume, but I doubt Net Ease will be removing it anytime soon.
