Lesbian Fantasy vs Generic Medieval
By ImJustThatKinky • 1 week ago

Looking like a good day for medieval gamers, both gay and straight.

We should be celebrating these two games, and be happy that there’s a game for different players, with different tastes. But nope, we have to make an issue out of them both. We can’t just enjoy the game that we like, we have to go bash one of them. Cause people are shitting on 1348 Ex Voto for having a ugly and lesbian protagonist.

While others are shitting on Knight’s Path for looking like a Kingdom Come 2 rip off, while also having basic female character design that doesn’t fit a medieval setting.

At the end of the day, I think both games look enjoyable for different people. Neither one deserves that hate that they are getting. But I do think 1348 does deserve praise for keeping the Expedition 33 trend alive by giving this game an epic price drop of $25.

The price does scare me that it’s just going to be a mediocre game, but with Expedition not being a $70 game and being one of the best games of last year, I’ll put my trust in it. And out of the two games, 1348 interests me the most, because it seemingly has a story, while Knight's Path seems more like a knight simulator. Which is cool in its own rights, but not something I’m partially looking for. But the game is also said to be soul-like, which is always a thumbs up from me. And let’s be honest, both of these games can exist in the same space, and real gamers will understand that.

So if either of these games interest you guys, wishlist them on Steam, and give the devs some love.

What do you think of the two games? Which one interests you the most? Is it good that we have both of these games, for different people? Tell us in the comments.
