I took an Uber recently, and there was one thing I kept dreading when getting into the car. It’s that the Uber driver was a psycho MURDER!!!...okay, maybe that’s just me being overly paranoid. But something that I feared that’s more likely to happen is that the Uber driver would start talking to me.

There could be two sides to this argument. On the one hand, you can have the people who actually enjoy having conversations with the driver, to keep them distracted. Or, you can have the people who would rather listen to the car music or music on their headphones in silence, while waiting to get to their destination. I’m the latter, I just want to get to my destination listening to the radio music provided for me. No matter how trash it is.

Luckily the two Uber drivers I got were completely quiet, and just drove me to where I needed to be. I’m not sure if some people see that as rude for the driver to be quiet, but I see it as good customer service. Keep my drivers quiet, and my music mid.
