My Hero Academa has waifus for all tastes. Have you got a thing for catgirls? Here's three, take your pick. Frog girls? You bet. Homicidal yandere schoolgirls? Of course! Invisible girls? That's where Tooru Hagakure comes in.

Unlike western invisible superheroines like Sue Storm or Violet Parr, who wear costumes that disappear when they wilfully activate their invisibility powers, Hagakure is always ass naked and invisible in her superhero outfit save for the boots and gloves. If you've seen The Boys you may remember the invisible cunt Translucent (played by Alex Hessel, AKA Netflix's Vicious), who has a similar deal where he has to be in the nude to fully turn invisible. That's explained by his superpower, which really just turns his skin into a carbon metamaterial that makes his skin hard as diamonds while bending the light around him, making it appear like he's invisible rather than actually becoming transparent. On the other hand, Horikoshi hasn't described how Hagakure's quirk works in as much detail and hasn't even given us a glimpse of what she looks like with her power deactivated. Until now!

I won't mention the context because it happens after a major reveal in the manga's latest chapter, but during a moment of great distress her quirk momentarily deactivates for a single reaction panel. Here she is, in all her naked glory: 

After all these years, fans can finally rest easy knowing Hagakure looks like a normal teenage girl without her quirk. The canon color of her hair, her eyes and even her skin are still up for debate, but at least now she can be lewded visibly.
