This is the setup behind circle Alibi+'s Witch Island II. The sexy and enterprising witch Tiffuny has taken up residence on an island recently abandoned by another witch named Lias. It won't be quite that simple, as Tiffuny needs power and strong forces under her control to slowly dominate the whole island. 

Tiffuny must invest power and resources into her inn to gather more units and power. Those who may fall under her sway range from typical soldiers to monsters. Tiffuny and her forces can explore different map points, from a succubus mansion to a cave, fighting enemies in turn-based combat as they go along. The party can be customized to include anyone, from Tiffuny herself to random soliders and monsters who each have their own levels and skill sets.

 Now for the ero part of this eroge. Yes, there are sex scenes to enjoy. Tiffuny steals the show in these, but we're promised other girls as well. The sex scenes with Tiffuny apparently make her stronger, and are likely a game mechanic as her power is required to expand the inn. An eroge if there ever was one. 

This is a fun sort of resource management game with cute girls and cool monsters to contend with, and justifiable motivation for lewd times with the sexy witch.
