Recently I was tasked with checking out an onahole that dares to go even further beyond where most do. This is quite the fetish-specific product, going for uniqueness and originality compared to your basic dime-a-dozen onahole design. The Botebara Pregnant Belly Onahole comes in around $184, so let’s see if it lives up to that tag.

Packaging

Unfortunately due to some extreme, uh, circumstances, I only had a limited time to see the packaging in real life. The item was definitely stored securely with plastic holding it firmly in place in the box. The outside of the box had some art of a sexy pregnant woman getting blasted once more, and I do appreciate how the extra art of her getting pounded also doubles as a guide to show you different positions you could try with the product. That’s the kind of two for one thinking that the pregnant fetish lovers are sure to enjoy. I was a bit surprised to see a lack of included lube at this price point, though after talking it over with the seller it came to our attention that due to a factory issue lube has been put on pause for a while. It will eventually return, but the other alternative was to wait a while to release the product until everything was operational again in the lube department, so the management opted to go ahead and drop it.

Design

The obvious attraction point here is the pregnant belly. This product is aiming to stand out from the crowd to appease a certain audience with the accentuated stomach. It takes up a majority of the surface area and weight, so the fetish is front and center. That’s not to say there aren’t any ass cheeks for you to slap around or play with though. Moving on to the holes themselves, you have an anal and vaginal entrance. The vaginal tunnel has a variety of pleasure points including rings, membranes, and a narrow ending to focus on your tip. As expected the anal pathway contrasts this a bit thanks to a tighter experience with bumps. While listed as five pounds, the onahole boasts some large dimensions so you can rest assured this is a sizable toy.

Enjoyment

Let’s get the negative out of the way first. This thing is fucking HEFTY. A lot of the time cheap products can feel light and breakable, well they said fuck that you are getting what you paid for in weight. Sadly to the point where this onahole can be hard to use. If it was simply the weight that would be one element, but since it’s huge as hell too I found it pretty difficult to fuck unless I was sitting down at the computer with both hands free. This ruled out standing positions and being in the shower (which I think is bussin’ cause you can cum and then clean the onahole right afterwards). Let me tell you once that belly is slippery? Good luck gripping that bitch. However, on the flipside the weight does add to the premium feeling of this toy and for those looking for the “pregnant” experience, I think they nailed it. The belly is firm and truly feels like something is inside. The two holes feel different from each other with the vagina being a bit loose and easy to slip into, while you need to stay on target and push a little harder for the ass. But the important aspect is there’s a clear distinction between the two. So overall while the big size and weight can be an enormous chore for cleaning and position shifting/exploration, it’s a double-edged sword that benefits the fetish of the onahole and helps the two holes feel differentiated.

TL; DR To the average onahole enjoyer, I think this product would fall into a 3/5 due to the weight and size making it such a hassle to clean, fuck, and store, yet for the pregnant fetish enjoyer this could easily be a 4/5 or beyond. This is my first ever double rating, and I think it’s only fair to express just how much I consider subjectivity to be at play here.
