Full disclosure: I am not a fan of the isekai genre of anime. Like, at all. To me they're basically the superhero movie trend of the anime world, meaning I find most of them to be pretty samey and there's way too many of them - guy gets sucked into generic fantasy and/or MMORPG world, finds out he's insanely overpowered, has a harem of love interests, power fantasy wish fulfilment, rinse and repeat. The only things that tend to differentiate them are usually the waifus and a certain plot element - E.g in this one, the protagonist gets turned into a giant skeleton or he gets turned into a loli or maybe he's not completely overpowered from the beginning, etc. Anyway, while I'm not a fan of isekai I most definitely am a fan of MILFs (as you might've guessed from the headline), so a certain isekai series has caught my attention. 

Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks? (Tsūjō Kōgeki ga Zentai Kōgeki de Ni-kai Kōgeki no Okā-san wa Suki desu ka?) is a light novel isekai series written by Dachima Inaka and illustrated by Pochi Iida, where the differing plot element is that the MC's mom gets sucked into generic RPG fantasy land with him and she's the overpowered one this time. I have to admit, it looks kinda cute and I might end up checking out the upcoming anime adaptation by J.C.Staff if only for the swathes of MILF hentai it'll inevitably inspire.
