New Underwear Line Brings Vintage Japanese Sexiness to Your Crotch
By Yung Namahage • 3 years ago

Hentai has been around longer than most people give it credit for. It's commonly thought that it came into existence somewhere alongside the emergence of manga after World War II, but old school ukiyo-e artists were making sexy woodblock prints centuries before the war.

"Shunga" means "picture of spring," and spring in Japan is known as the season of sex. It might not be spring right now, but Tokyo underwear company Hipshop have released a new range featuring old-school erotic art. What better way to get your partner in the mood than some classic porn? Art this old usually belongs in a museum, but now you can put it on your crotch!

Firstly we have Katsukawa Shunsho's Making Love in Winter:

Then there's Lovers by Utamaro Kitagawa

Finally, we have Lovers Seated with a Plant in the Background by the ukiyo-e master himself, Hokusai:

And here are said shunga in all their vintage glory:

Hipshop's shunga shorts feature their unique polyester blend that keeps away moisture for when things get hot and messy. You can get a pair from the Hipshop website for ¥2,200 (about US $21), or the complete trinity for ¥6,000 (US $57). I'm waiting til they have one with Hokusai's The Dream of the Fisherman's wife. Talk about a missed opportunity.

So, are you guys fans of shunga art? Which design would you want on your dick? Drop your thoughts below!
